3D Personnel LTD invites applications for a Wedding & Events Executive at a well-established hotel in Derry. You will own planning and coordination of weddings, banquets, private functions, and corporate events from enquiry to delivery.

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility across Monday to Sunday, with on-site duties and close collaboration with hotel departments, suppliers, and guests to maximise guest experiences and revenue.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in wedding coordination or events management in hospitality.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and guests.
• Experience coordinating multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to wedding and event enquiries with exceptional service.
• Conduct consultations, venue tours, and client meetings to understand requirements.
• Prepare bespoke proposals, quotations, contracts, and event packages.
• Manage bookings from confirmation through to event completion.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee final planning meetings and on-day event execution.
• Monitor revenue, conversion rates, and sales activity; report to management.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, health & safety, and brand standards.
