Albert’s Standish is seeking a Senior Wedding and Events Coordinator to lead sales and coordination for weddings, corporate events and private functions across three stylish spaces. You will drive enquiries, present proposals, and ensure flawless delivery from initial contact to post-event follow-up.

The role requires a proactive, organised communicator with a passion for creating memorable occasions and a talent for upselling within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
• Strong organisation and communication skills are required.
• Passion for weddings and events is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner, upsell where possible.
• Maintain high conversion rate from enquiry to sale.
• Conduct client show rounds with knowledge of venue, menus and packages.
• Prepare detailed proposals and contracts, confirm event requirements.
• Coordinate with operations to hand over event details precisely.
• Oversee outsourcing of provisions for each event.
• Understand financial aspects and work towards sales targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.
• Organise Wedding Open Days and Fairs at the venue.
