Job summary

Galgorm Spa & Golf Resort in Northern Ireland seeks a proactive Wedding & Event Planner to join our wedding & events sales team. You will manage enquiries, conduct show-rounds, quote rates and tailor proposals to clients' needs, ensuring smooth planning and superb guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have a passion for weddings, strong sales focus, and ability to work to deadlines, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 year’s sales experience in customer service environment.
• Experience in working to KPI’s and converting leads into confirmed business.
• Developing and nurturing client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal with wedding & event enquiries from initial call to handover to operations.
• Conduct show-rounds to prospective clients and upsell products.
• Quote rates and make bespoke suggestions based on client needs.
• Work toward monthly/annual targets for conversions and revenue.
