Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa in Ayrshire is seeking a dedicated Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to turn enquiries into bookings and ensure flawless event delivery. You will coordinate weddings and various events, deliver excellent customer service, and oversee show rounds to guarantee the venues are prepared to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in hospitality, weddings, events or sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan weddings and events to high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client queries.
• Conduct show rounds and ensure venues are prepared for events.
• Manage enquiries, bookings and event details with strong organisation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Support weddings and events across Ayrshire hotels when required.
