Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Receptionist for Isle of Mull Hotel in Scotland. You will be the friendly face of the hotel, delivering excellent service and handling guest inquiries. Upsell amenities and keep the front desk operations smooth and welcoming.

Experience in hospitality and a strong phone manner are ideal. You will also assist with daily banking and work with our booking systems to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is ideal.
