Job summary

Gamma is seeking a CX Support Consultant - Cisco to join the CX Support Operations. This Level 2 role focuses on confident technical and operational support for Cisco Webex and related CX tooling, handling incidents end-to-end, and escalation when required.

You will join a team that values ownership, collaboration, and delivering clear customer communications. Hybrid working in Manchester or Glasgow reflects our flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 2 support for Cisco/ collaboration tools.
• Strong customer-focused troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 application, solution and operational support for Cisco Webex clients.
• Own incidents end-to-end, update and track tickets.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, escalate clearly when needed.
• Provide timely customer updates and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge documentation and team reporting.
