Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for customer queries via live channels, solving complex problems with first contact resolution.
• Assist with deployments and promote best practices, self-service advocacy.
• Provide insight into customer challenges to drive service improvements.
• Develop deep product knowledge to educate customers and teams.
