Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a Content, Social and Community Manager to lead marketing, content, and community strategy for its Web3 and consumer apps in a fast-moving crypto environment. This role shapes narrative, launches, and engagement across multi-channel ecosystems.

You will own end-to-end storytelling for major products, translate complex crypto/AI mechanisms into compelling campaigns, and lead a cross-functional team to drive adoption while maintaining compliance and high quality.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Web3 marketing, product marketing, content, or community strategy in crypto/fintech.
• Deep Web3 and AI literacy with tokenomics, privacy tech, and decentralized culture.
• Proven track record launching complex technical products with clear value propositions.
• Strong leadership for cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Legal, Compliance).
• Excellent editorial judgment for high-level concepts and crypto/AI mechanics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-judgment environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overarching marketing, content, and social strategy for Web3 and consumer apps.
• Own end-to-end launch narratives for major Web3 products including privacy AI tools.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Product, Legal, and Compliance to align positioning.
• Grow Blockchain.com communities across Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, Lens.
• Lead editorial planning, technical deep-dives, newsletters, and thought leadership.
• Manage and scale content creators, community managers, and social strategists.
• Build real-time monitoring for market moments, crypto trends, and AI tech.
• Ensure content is accurate, timely, and compliant with global regulations.
• Track performance and adjust tactics to maximize user acquisition.
