Job summary

Conduct, based in London and New York, is seeking a hands-on social media and developer-relations leader to tell our AI adoption story to engineers, IT teams, and executives. You will own the public voice across platforms, craft campaigns, and build a developer community around our work.

You’ll work closely with founders and engineers, translating complex technical ideas into engaging content for diverse audiences, including potential hires, investors, and journalists.

Qualifications

• Active in developer and tech communities.
• Proven track record growing an audience online (B2B/SaaS/dev-focused).
• Strong voice with ability to tailor content to engineers and executives.
• Excellent writing that makes complex ideas accessible.

Responsibilities

• Own Conduct's social presence across platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch).
• Build audience and community among engineers, IT leaders, and executives, online and in person.
• Create campaigns that showcase culture, people, engineering problems, and wins.
• Help engineers and founders share work publicly (threads, blogs, live streams, talks).
• Turn customer wins and milestones into content that attracts investors and journalists.
• Shape employer brand to reflect what it's like to build at Conduct.
• Track engagement and candidate conversion, doubling down on successful tactics.
