Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking an experienced Communications Lead to shape the product, regulatory, and technology narrative driving visibility across consumer and institutional portfolios. You will lead a strategic comms approach at the intersection of product, AI, and compliance, influencing press, influencers, and industry conversations.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience leading crypto/DeFi/fintech comms programs.
• Proven ability to translate complex crypto products into compelling value propositions for press and audiences.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a differentiated product and technology comms strategy and narrative for Blockchain.com, at the intersection of consumer and institutional products, AI, and regulatory/compliance.
• Own end-to-end comms for a full pipeline of product launches; align with Marketing and Product on plans.
• Lead licensing, regulatory, and compliance announcements; contribute to policy conversations.
• Define and champion Blockchain.com’s AI positioning and storytelling for internal and customer-facing use.
• Own press and influencer relationships; expand set of innovation news audiences.
• Develop high-impact thought leadership platforms for product, technical, and AI spokespeople; pursue speaking engagements and awards.
• Create compelling product-focused content, including blog posts, press releases, and executive social posts.
