Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a Content, social and community Manager to lead the product narrative, content, social, and community strategy across our advanced consumer and Web3 product suites.

You will drive visibility and trust with crypto-native and tech-forward audiences, shaping messaging across editorial content, community hubs, and major launch campaigns. A strong background in Web3, AI literacy, and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant Web3 marketing and product/community strategy leadership experience.
• Deep Web3 and AI literacy with tokenomics and privacy tech familiarity.
• Proven track record launching complex technical products to crypto audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Growth, Legal and Compliance.
• Exceptional editorial judgment for high-level concepts to granular crypto mechanics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-judgment environment.
• Direct experience marketing trading products or privacy-focused AI utilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Web3, marketing, content, and social strategy for Blockchain.com products.
• Own end-to-end launch narratives for major Web3 products including AI utilities.
• Coordinate GTM with Product, Growth, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Oversee community growth across Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, Lens and more.
• Lead a fast-moving content engine balancing speed, quality and compliance.
• Manage and grow content creators, community managers, and social strategists.
