Job summary

Gallagher’s Marketing Studio is seeking a Web Traffic Manager to act as the operational control tower for web projects, ensuring scope correctness, resource allocation, prioritisation and on-time delivery.

You will leverage extensive experience in workflow, delivery and resource management within complex corporate or agency settings, with strong Adobe Workfront proficiency driving delivery through established processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of web, SEO, and Google Ads requests across Gallagher's divisions.
• Review incoming requests to ensure they are ready to begin, clarifying gaps and aligning expectations.
• Assign tasks to the right resources based on scope, urgency and team capacity.
• Monitor active projects, ensuring tasks are on track and risks are addressed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Support global teams across time zones to ensure seamless project progression.

Overview

Join Gallagher's Marketing Studio, our in-house marketing agency, as aWeb Traffic Manager. This is not a traditional project management or web specialist role. Instead, you'll act as theoperational control towerfor web projects, ensuring requests are scoped correctly, assigned to the right resources, prioritised appropriately, and delivered on time.

• You’re a task driver, not a traditional project manager or business analyst. You thrive on keeping work moving and ensuring deadlines are met.
• You have experience in web workflows, digital projects, and integrated campaigns.
• You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re a strong communicator, able to manage demanding stakeholders and build relationships across teams.
• You’re passionate about improving processes and driving results.
