Gallagher's Marketing Studio is seeking a Web Traffic Manager to act as the operational control tower for web projects, ensuring requests are scoped correctly, resources allocated, and delivery kept on schedule.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in workflow, delivery and resource management within complex corporate or agency settings, with strong Adobe Workfront skills and a track record of coordinating across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of web, SEO and Google Ads requests across Gallagher divisions.
• Review incoming requests to ensure readiness and align expectations.
• Assign tasks based on scope, urgency and capacity.
• Monitor active projects and address risks to stay on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Support global teams across time zones for seamless progression.
