Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) Limited is seeking a content author for Web Forms and Content Authoring within its Digital Engineering team in the United Kingdom. You will build, develop and configure new forms to support product information launches and author content using CMS tools.

You will gather information, work on multiple projects, and apply QA methods while ensuring responsive front-end adjustments and close collaboration with third parties and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding the technology and applications for which documentation is to be prepared.
• Gathering and analysing information.
• Working on and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding the importance of Quality Assurance and applying QA methods and techniques.
• Understanding responsive front end web technology techniques and how they need to adjust based upon viewports.

Responsibilities

• Building, developing and configuring new forms to support Global product information and product launches.
• Authoring content using specific CMS tools and platforms.
• Configuring the form(s) and its services in a CMS application to perform certain defined types of functionality.
• Support the end to end testing across the main integration points.
• Monitor submissions and failures to flag issues and work on implementing a fix and raising the issue if unable to fix.
• Act as 1st Line support for all issues (integration and content).
• Advise third parties on best practise use of the platforms and consult where required to ensure standards are maintained.
• Maintain tracking documents for specific projects and report on the status/progress.
• Report and escape any issues with project delivery where required.
• Attend weekly prioritisation and backlog grooming sessions
