Role Overview

Forming part of the group digital analytics function, reporting to the group head of digital analytics, you will work closely with the digital product team and wider digital functions. Your role involves supporting the assessment of the digital product across Frasers Group's fascias.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the creation of dashboards to provide insight and analytics into the digital product function.
  2. Perform deep dive ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization.
  3. Collaborate with the experimentation team to analyze A/B test results.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product team, supporting the development of best practices across product, UX, user testing, and analytics.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in product analytics within ecommerce or retail.
  • Proficiency in SQL (required) and R/Python (preferred).
  • Experience with GA4 / BigQuery for user journey insights and Optimizely or similar A/B testing tools.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
