As a Web Analyst, you will be working within an experienced team of analysts, part of the commercial function. Whilst you are monitoring the website performance, deep diving into customer behaviours and driving improvements to the user experience, there will be endless opportunities for you to expand and enhance your analytics experience.

• Analysis of web traffic, through KPIs such as bounce rate, conversion rate, session duration, etc.
• Define KPIs, produce and automate regular reports and dashboards, to provide insight to website performance and user behaviour
• Support with the ongoing GA4 transition.
• Identify trends and insights to improve user experience and drive conversion rates.
• Work closely with developers and 3rd party agency to implement tracking and data collection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tracking and data reporting.
• Continuously evaluate and improve web analytics processes and methodologies.

Skills & experience:

• Experience in a Web/Digital Analytics role
• Be commercially minded, with the wider business goals in mind
• Strong experience with GA4 / Universal Analytics is essential
• Experience working with SQL and/or BigQuery is desirable
• Working with visualisation tools such as Power BI
• You will love working collaboratively and cross-functionally!
• Confident in presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
