* Alarm activation's, visual inspections & functional checks.
* Ensure accurate & detailed documentation is maintained
* Strong technical skills, including relevant regulations (BS 5839)
* Respond to emergency call-outs & undertake any necessary repairs.
* Provide excellent customer service & maintain good relationships with clients.
* Report any faults or potential issues to the appropriate teams.
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations & maintain knowledge of new products & technology.
* Adhere to health & safety regulations
