Job summary

QPLIX is seeking a senior leader to establish our London office, build and actively develop a new team, and foster talent in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will lead client projects, oversee onboarding, manage status reporting, and collaborate with executives and product development to tailor solutions for UK clients.

We value strategic vision paired with hands-on execution, strong UK financial industry knowledge, and a passion for shaping processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Financial Mathematics, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in the financial sector, tax consulting, auditing, consulting, or banking.
• Experience in building and leading teams.
• Experience in project management and leadership.
• Very good knowledge of the UK financial industry.
• Experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of asset classes and accounting principles.
• Affinity for new technologies.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Line management, development, and expansion of the new team in London.
• Mentoring employees and building strong team spirit.
• Responsible for project status, reporting, and coordination with executive management.
• Leading onboarding projects for new clients and managing ongoing client projects.
• Develop tailored solutions based on UK client needs in our platform.
• Collaborate with the development department to conceptualize new platform features.
• Design and optimize work processes within the team.
• Participate in daily operational tasks with hands-on involvement.
