Job summary

QPLIX GmbH in London is seeking a senior leader to establish and grow our new London office. You will recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, while steering client projects, onboarding new clients, and coordinating with executive management and the product team.

You will apply deep knowledge of the UK financial industry to translate client needs into tailored platform solutions, and you will work hands-on to shape processes and drive the organization forward.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Multiple years in financial services, tax, audit, consulting, or banking.
• Experience building and leading teams.
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Strong UK financial industry knowledge.
• Product management experience.
• Solid understanding of asset classes and accounting principles.
• Interest in new technologies.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Line management, development, and expansion of the London team.
• Mentor employees and foster team spirit.
• Manage project status, reporting, and Exec coordination.
• Lead onboarding projects for new clients and ongoing client work.
• Develop tailored solutions for UK client needs.
• Serve as primary contact for project members from diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with development to design new platform features.
• Design and optimize team work processes.
• Participate in daily operational tasks with hands-on involvement.
