Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Senior Vice President of Wealth Services Operations Strategy in Manchester, UK. You will guide strategic initiatives across the Servicing Group, driving policy development and process improvements while managing high-visibility programs and cross‑functional teams.

You will lead with a focus on risk management, quality assurance, and collaboration with Product and Engineering to optimize asset movement processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive years of total work experience preferred, including several years in management.
• Prior leadership and strategic planning experience required.
• Solid understanding and hands-on use of automation and AI tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and implement policies and processes to maintain and exceed quality standards.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance stakeholder experience and efficiency.
• Lead, recruit, motivate, and develop team members to maximize performance.
