Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operational teams in Financial Services.
• Strong background in Mutual Funds, Investment Operations, or Asset Servicing.
• Experience with governance, controls, and client servicing functions.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to produce MI reports.
• Experience with automation, robotics, AI-enabled tooling, or process transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams.
• Manage operational risk, escalations and control frameworks.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of activities.
• Enhance client service delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce MI reporting and monitor KRIs/KPIs.
• Coordinate testing and software release activity.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support onboarding projects and strategic transformation activity.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, Records Management, and Business Continuity policies.
