Quilter Cheviot in the UK seeks a Financial Planner to manage an established client portfolio and drive growth. You’ll build relationships with high-net-worth clients, cross-sell discretionary investment solutions, and win new business with support from marketing and investment specialists.

Based in Chester, Liverpool, or Manchester, the role offers a strong platform and a path to senior client advisory responsibilities while maintaining FCA compliance and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, experience giving regulated advice to high-net-worth private clients, strong communication and regulatory awareness.
• Desirable: Advanced Financial Planning qualifications and/or Investment Advice Certificate, experience with Discretionary Investment Management.

Responsibilities

• Grow a lower and higher net worth client base while developing existing relationships.
• Win new clients through professional networks and Quilter referrals.
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline with events and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with FCA requirements and Quilter standards.
• Deliver holistic financial advice to clients and deepen engagement.
