Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in a financial planning support role.
• Familiarity with Client Management systems like Intelliflo/First.
• Experience with online platforms such as AEGON, Transact, or AJ Bell is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for queries related to new and existing business.
• Maintain and update client records on the back-office system.
• Process new investments and policies for clients.
• Manage online fund switches and ensure completion.
• Provide documentation for client reviews and manage changes.
