Job summary

Performativ - Wealth Management Software is seeking an Engagement and Program Manager to lead the rollout of our SaaS platform for large customers, delivering end-to-end set-ups from kick-off to go-live with clear governance. You will drive scalable, repeatable delivery while avoiding bespoke development, working closely with product and engineering to ensure alignment with platform best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or engagement management with multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking or asset management preferred.
• Ability to scope, govern, and report with clear risk management.
• Strong written plans, governance cadences, and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise set-ups end to end from kick-off to go-live and hyper-care.
• Interrogate requirements and map them to platform capabilities.
• Enable integrations via APIs, SSO, and configuration with minimal custom buildouts.
• Maintain plan, scope and change control aligned to contract terms.
• Manage customer communications, cadence, governance, and risk tracking.
• Lead handover to Customer Success with training and materials.
