Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC is seeking a senior programme manager to lead large programmes and workstreams for wealth management clients. You will own the plan, governance and outcomes, coordinating cross-functional teams and client sponsors.

You will shape front-office operating models, CRM and onboarding workstreams, and mentor juniors while partnering with practice leadership on strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting experience across wealth management or financial services.
• Proven track record leading large-scale change as programme/project/design lead.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation programmes from front-end design to delivery.
• Strong people leadership and accountability for output quality.
• Ability to operate independently with senior client stakeholders and in senior forums.
• Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with interest in building a practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large programmes/workstreams, owning the plan, governance, risks and outcomes.
• Design sales/service experiences and operating models across the front office.
• Lead platform implementations such as CRM, advisor desktop, onboarding and client lifecycle tooling, coordinating with technology.
• Run mixed teams of client and staff, set quality standards, delegate effectively and mentor staff.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with client sponsors and senior stakeholders, including difficult conversations.
• Partner with practice leadership on strategy, bring ideas, defend and land them in client discussions.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to hiring decisions and talent development.
