Zusammenfassung

Performativ is building the infrastructure layer for modern wealth management. As Engagement and Program Manager, you will lead the rollout of our SaaS platform for our largest customers, onboarding them through structured delivery and clear communication.

You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering and customer success to ensure secure, scalable adoption without over-engineering. Remote role with travel 40% to client sites and our Copenhagen head office.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in program or engagement management, consulting, product management, or similar delivery role.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management is a prerequisite.
• Able to set clear scope and timelines while maintaining client relationships.
• Structured and highly organized with written plans, governance cadences, and actionable reporting.

Aufgaben

• Own enterprise set-ups end to end (kick-off to go-live and hyper-care) per plan and SOW.
• Interrogate customer requirements and map to platform capabilities.
• Enable customers to integrate via APIs, SSO, and configuration with minimal custom work.
• Manage plan, scope, and change control, aligned to contract and changes.
• Run customer communications, cadence, governance, and risk/issue tracking.
• Lead handover to Customer Success at go-live or hyper-care exit with train-the-trainer materials.
