Job summary

Profitero+ is recruiting a Deployment Manager to lead multiple client deployments and upgrades, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and business value. You will own client relationships throughout delivery, working in a hybrid environment in Reading/Winnersh Triangle.

The role requires about 2 years of project management experience, familiarity with SaaS deployments, and strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management.
• Formal Project Management methods.
• Sound understanding of eCommerce, eBusiness tools, architecture, document management and database management.

Responsibilities

• Deployment management from start-up to close-out, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Produce timing plans with resourcing managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against plan; communicate status in Slack and to stakeholders.
• Manage change control and deviations from scope; mitigate risks and issues.
• Share knowledge and help onboard new colleagues; continuously improve processes.
