Everpool Recruitment is seeking a WCA Functional Assessor in Salisbury. You will assess how a health condition affects work capability and write the reports used by the DWP for decision-making. Training is provided on full pay for 12 weeks.

Role offers hybrid working, Monday–Friday, with options for FT or PT. Starting salary is £42,000 rising to £43,000 after 12 months, plus a bonus scheme and overtime opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of post-registration adult clinical experience.
• Active professional registration with no conditions.
• UK right to work (no sponsorship).
• Full training on starting role (12 weeks) on full pay.

Aufgaben

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face Work Capability Assessments (WCAs).
• Review medical evidence and supporting information.
• Evaluate how health conditions affect work capability.
• Use clinical reasoning to produce objective, evidence-based reports for the DWP.
