Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting for a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) Functional Assessor in Luton. You will assess how health conditions affect work capability and write the report used by the DWP for benefit decisions.

Training is provided on full pay for 12 weeks. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis with Monday–Friday hours and hybrid working. Eligible professionals include Nurses, OTs and Physios.

Qualifications

• Active professional registration with NMC/HCPC.
• 1 year+ post-registration adult clinical experience.
• UK right to work (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face WCAs.
• Review medical evidence and supporting information.
• Assess how health conditions affect function and work capability.
• Document findings with clinical reasoning and professional judgement.
