Job summary

Qualifications

• Fully registered and experienced healthcare professional with current registration.
• Post-registration clinical experience of 12 months or more.
• Ability to apply clinical knowledge to assess functional impact on daily living and work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for individuals with physical and mental health conditions using structured questioning.
• Evaluate medical history, current conditions and how health affects day-to-day functioning.
• Produce clear, objective, evidence-based assessment reports.
