Responsibilities

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs and giving product recommendations and quotes.
• Building relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance experience.
• Responding to enquiries via phone & email, providing quotes promptly.
• General warehouse duties including stock booking, putting away and picking/packing orders.
