Wolseley’s Plumb & Parts in Watford is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to support trade counter customers with product recommendations and quotes. You will also handle phone and email enquiries, build customer relationships, and assist with warehouse tasks including stock and order fulfillment.

The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday mornings and Saturday mornings, with competitive pay, bonus potential, and solid employee benefits. Prior plumbing knowledge is advantageous.

• Knowledge in plumbing & heating is beneficial.
• Proven experience in a face to face sales/customer service position.

Responsabilidades

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
• Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
• General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders.
