Job summary

Catering in Tonbridge seeks a Technical Sales Advisor Waterproofing Systems to support merchants, contractors and housing associations with technical product queries and training. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer service while promoting specialist waterproofing products.

You will work primarily from the Tonbridge office, handling inbound queries and providing solutions, with emphasis on product knowledge, health and safety, and collaboration with other advisers.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with specialist building products or related systems (liquid applied, roofing, waterproofing)
• Installer, Admin or Supervisor of specialist building products looking to move into sales is welcome
• Technical mind-set with ability to understand product specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication, stable career history

Responsibilities

• Act as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for queries relating to central heating products
• Provide technical support to internal teams
• Field inbound telephone queries and deliver appropriate solutions
• Carry out product training and answer questions for colleagues and customers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
• Collaborate with other Technical Sales Advisors
