Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a well-established construction industry specialist to appoint an experienced Technical Sales Advisor in Tonbridge.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance over the phone and at the trade counter, while recommending suitable products and solutions for each project. A strong technical background and office-based sales support are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural waterproofing systems.
• Experience in trade counter or technical sales environment.
• Ability to provide technical advice over the phone and in person.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support via telephone and at the trade counter.
• Advise customers on waterproofing systems and related products.
• Prepare quotations and recommend compliant solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers on technical information and pricing.
• Identify sales opportunities and maintain CRM/ERP records.
• Support customers across specialist products.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers and specifiers.
• Manage daily trade counter enquiries with high-quality technical support.
