Network Plus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Civils work on our Water Rehabilitation contract at the Worsley Head Office site. You will manage end-to-end Civils activities, lead a team, work with the Contract Manager, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

You will provide operational leadership, technical expertise, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong on-site problem solving and customer-focused service are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifikationen

• NRWSA supervision level certification or equivalent is essential.
• Water Hygiene and Asbestos Awareness qualifications are required.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification is preferred.
• CDM awareness and Temporary Works Supervisor certification are desirable.
• Experience in financial and commercial accountability for projects is important.
• Excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence are mandatory.
• Experience in a Project Manager related role is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate the Civils team, delegating tasks while setting an example.
• Manage the Network Plus contract P&L and ensure work is completed right first time within budget.
• Coordinate with programme and street works teams to meet schedule and inform the Programme Manager of delays or ahead-of-schedule work.
• Own processes, identify efficient methods, and implement improvements.
• Conduct face-to-face handovers with contractors and maintain up-to-date H&S folders (CPP, Plans, F10, DRA).
• Lead safety incident investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Drive streetworks performance improvements and root cause analysis with operational teams.
• Ensure client and contractual requirements are met and service levels/KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure Supervisors/Operatives have training and competencies; support staff development.
