Job summary

Matchtech, on behalf of our client, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure specialist, seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee major water and civil projects across the North West. You will manage commercial performance, programme delivery and stakeholder relations across multiple sites.

The role requires extensive civil/water project experience, NEC contract knowledge, cost control and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing civil/water projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations.
• Experience with tendering and procurement.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, programming and delivery of civil/water projects.
• Monitor costs, resources, forecasts and margins.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, contracts and risks.
• Oversee project reviews, handovers and records.
• Ensure design activities are resourced and delivered.
• Provide leadership across operational teams.
• Promote health and safety, quality and compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
