Zusammenfassung

Enable Group, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor in the United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (or a Site Manager ready to progress) to join a growing specialist delivery team working on water and wastewater schemes.

You will manage multiple projects from inception to handover, coordinating client, design and delivery teams to meet programme, budget and safety standards. A strong background in water utilities and CDM regulations is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Essential: SMSTS, CSCS Card, Full UK Driving Licence, Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC).
• Desirable: Civil degree; professional membership (APM/CIOB/ICE); NRSWA Supervisor; A61 Appointed Person; Microsoft Project.

Aufgaben

• Managing multiple water and wastewater infrastructure projects from inception through to handover.
• Leading project planning, programming and delivery activities.
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, CPPs and other plans.
• Managing project costs, forecasting and reporting performance.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring CDM compliance and health & safety standards.
• Providing regular progress and commercial updates to senior management.
