Job summary

Kier Group seeks a Project Manager to join our Severn Trent Framework in Derby, delivering design and build projects across water and wastewater. You’ll lead from conception through handover, coordinating internal teams and supply chain partners to ensure on-time, safe delivery.

The role requires a relevant degree, knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, a full driving licence, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• You have a relevant degree (or equivalent) and/or demonstrable experience within Water or Utilities.
• You have strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
• You are capable of organising yourself and others and communicating clearly with different levels of stakeholder.
• You hold a Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from conception through to handover, ensuring timely and smooth delivery
• Implementing and monitoring Health, Safety and wellbeing policies, engaging with your team and supply chain partners
• Managing programme ownership and liaising with clients to ensure high standards of customer service
• Supporting the selection of supply chain partners based on technical and commercial judgement
• Taking P&L responsibility for projects in your portfolio, delivering and enhancing margin
