Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing design teams and coordinating with clients

Responsibilities

• Manage design consultant appointments and ensure compliance with briefs
• Develop design programmes, scopes, and responsibility matrices
• Lead value engineering initiatives and embed Safe by Design principles
• Ensure designs comply with legislation, technical requirements and client standards
• Chair design reviews and resolve interface issues across teams
