Zusammenfassung

Kier is seeking a Project Manager to join our Natural Resources team on the Severn Trent Water framework, based in Derby. You’ll lead design and build projects from conception through handover, delivering across water and wastewater assets.

The role requires NEC3/NEC4 knowledge, a driving licence, and the ability to coordinate with clients and supply chain partners while maintaining safety standards and project margins. 45 hours per week with some flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Degree (or equivalent) in Water or Utilities.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and CDM regulations.
• Ability to organise tasks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Full driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from conception through to handover, ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety and wellbeing policies with the team and supply chain.
• Manage programme ownership and liaise with clients to ensure high standards of service.
• Support selection of supply chain partners based on technical and commercial judgement.
• Take P&L responsibility for projects and drive margin.
