Job summary

Adler and Allan Group is seeking an experienced Framework Manager based in Exeter to lead the engagement with South West Water across framework agreements and delivery programmes. You will act as the client voice within Glanville Environmental and drive commercially focused delivery, alignment, and growth of the partnership.

Based predominantly in South West Water's Exeter offices, you will focus on relationship management, commercial performance, and strategic development for AMP8/AMP9 across

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or environmental services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of framework-based contracts.
• Experience working closely with operational delivery teams.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial mechanisms.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience working with water utility clients.
• Knowledge of AMP delivery programmes.
• Ability to communicate strategically with Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal day-to-day contact for South West Water across all Glanville Environmental framework activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between client representatives and Glanville's teams.
• Attend client meetings, performance reviews and planning sessions.
• Maintain oversight of framework activities delivered by Glanville Environmental.
• Coordinate communication, priorities and actions from framework meetings.
