Job summary

Glanville Environmental is a reputable drainage and civil engineering firm leveraging decades of experience in the Southwest. The Framework Manager will lead a strategic client relationship with South West Water, ensuring delivery excellence across framework agreements and AMP cycles.

Based mainly in Exeter, you’ll coordinate teams, manage commercial performance and identify growth opportunities within the partnership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or environmental services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of framework-based contracts.
• Experience working closely with operational delivery teams.
• Ability to influence at all levels and communicate strategically with Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal day-to-day contact for South West Water across all framework activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor commercial performance and support resolution of commercial issues.
• Coordinate mobilisations of new workstreams and framework opportunities.
• Support strategic development and maximise revenue opportunities while protecting margins.
