Job summary

Adler and Allan Group seeks a Framework Manager predominantly based in Exeter to act as the voice of the client within Glanville Environmental and the voice of Glanville within the client organisation. You will provide leadership, coordination and visibility across delivery, helping maximise performance and growth of the partnership.

The role focuses on client relationship management, commercial oversight, and strategic development across South West Water frameworks, with opportunities to drive

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or environmental services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of framework-based contracts.
• Experience working closely with operational delivery teams.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to communicate strategically, build trusted rapport and influence effectively with Senior Leadership Team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal day-to-day contact for South West Water across all Glanville Environmental framework activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between client representatives and Glanville's teams.
• Attend client meetings, performance reviews and planning sessions.
• Maintain oversight of all South West Water framework activities.
• Coordinate communication, priorities and actions from framework meetings.
• Provide regular reporting on framework performance, workload and financial indicators.
• Support mobilisation of new workstreams and framework opportunities.
