Job summary

RTL Group is seeking a Site Manager to deliver works on a water treatment site in Swindon. You will oversee civil engineering operations, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet programme, quality and health & safety standards.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background, water industry experience, and a full UK driving licence. You will be responsible for RAMS, permits, toolbox talks and liaison with the client and project management team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on civil engineering / water treatment projects.
• Strong civil engineering background with water industry exposure.
• CSCS Black or Gold and SMSTS qualifications are required.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive between sites.
• Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Strong focus on health and safety, and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on the water treatment site.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors to deliver works to programme.
• Oversee civil works and liaise with client and project management.
• Deliver toolbox talks and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials and monitor quality.
