Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Dudley seeks a Senior Site Engineer to oversee the technical delivery of water treatment and civil works, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality. You will lead site engineers and subcontractors, review drawings, resolve design queries, and navigate CAD drawings to drive site success.

The role demands proven civil engineering experience, strong knowledge of structures, pipelines and QA, plus RAMS input and method development. Long-term contract envisaged.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on water, utilities or heavy civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of structures, reinforced concrete, pipelines and water infra.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings and QA procedures.
• Experience providing RAMS input and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day engineering delivery of water treatment and civil works.
• Leading and supporting Site Engineers and subcontractors.
• Reviewing drawings and specs; resolving technical queries with design team.
• Navigating and interpreting CAD drawings.
• Setting out and checking works, including levels, coordinates and dimensions.
• Managing inspections, ITPs, QA docs and as-built records.
• Providing technical input into RAMS and construction methodologies.
