Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead the technical delivery of water treatment and related civil works in the UK. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate with the design team, and ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

You will review drawings, interpret CAD plans, manage inspections and QA documentation, and support site engineers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on water, utilities, or heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engineering delivery of water treatment and civil works.
• Lead and support Site Engineers and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and resolve technical queries with the design team.
• Set-out and check works, levels, coordinates and dimensions.
• Manage inspections, ITPs, QA documentation, and as-built records.
• Provide technical input into RAMS and construction methodologies.
