Job summary

RTL Group seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead a water treatment scheme in Worcester. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure delivery to programme with a strong focus on health and safety.

You will manage RAMS, permits and site docs, and liaise closely with the client and project team. The role requires a solid civil engineering background, proven water industry experience, IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment projects is essential.
• Strong civil engineering background with site leadership.
• Good knowledge of RAMS, permits, and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee water treatment and civil works delivery to programme.
• Liaise with client and project management; conduct toolbox talks.
• Maintain RAMS, permits, site documentation and health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials; monitor quality and progress.
