Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager to join a national civil engineering team delivering water treatment projects across Oxfordshire. You will take ownership of project delivery, coordinate site teams, subcontractors and engineers, and ensure programmes, budgets and safety standards are met.

The role requires a proven track record in water treatment schemes, strong civil engineering fundamentals, IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering water treatment schemes.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• IT literate and able to use standard software for project controls.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• CSCS (Black or Gold) certification.

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall delivery of the project.
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and engineers.
• Managing programme, budgets and resources.
• Liaising with the client and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance across the site.
• Managing project documentation, RAMS and risk assessments.
• Monitoring progress, quality and costs.
• Reporting project updates to senior management.
