Mitie is seeking a Water Technician in London to oversee the operation, maintenance and monitoring of water treatment systems, ensuring water safety and regulatory compliance across customer sites. This is a full-time role aligned to capability and experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
• Applicants with limited or no direct experience are welcome, provided they have transferable experience.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Complete Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, and minor plumbing works.
• Carry out routine monitoring tasks in line with ACOP L8.
• Maintain customer water logbooks and complete required documentation.
• Carry out water system cleans and disinfections per ACOP L8 and Mitie procedures.
• Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and support basic plumbing works.

Role Responsibilities

• Complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, and minor plumbing works.
• Carry out routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8.
• Maintain customer water logbooks and complete all required documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.
• Carry out water system cleans and disinfections in line with ACoP L8 and Mitie procedures.
• Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), along with supporting basic plumbing works where required.

Required Qualifications
