Anglian Water is seeking a Water Smart Development Specialist to turn water-smart ideas into practical solutions. In the Environmental Outcomes / Sustainability team, you’ll guide developers, designers and authorities to understand and apply water-smart approaches across projects.

You’ll translate emerging technology and evidence into practical guidance, support BWSP and EWSC initiatives, and help build sector capability through workshops and knowledge sharing.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting the design, specification or implementation of water, environmental or infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of water efficiency, rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, sustainable drainage or Integrated Water Management.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear guidance and practical advice.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make water-smart approaches easier to understand and implement from early development thinking to demonstrator projects.
• Provide specialist technical input on water efficiency, rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, sustainable drainage and non-potable systems.
• Review proposals, respond to technical enquiries and identify opportunities to integrate water-smart solutions in developments.
• Develop design guidance, technical notes, specifications and implementation resources.
• Support demonstrator and pilot projects, evaluating technologies and delivery approaches.
